Primary Care Forum 2011, held in conjunction with the Singapore Health & Biomedical Congress 2011, will take place on 11 - 12 November 2011 at the Suntec Convention Centre. It is a forum for General Practitioners (GPs) and Primary Care professionals, including doctors, nurses and allied health staff. .

This year's theme, Reinventing Primary Care, is timely as there is a greater interest and impetus for us to review the current models of care delivery in view of burgeoning patient loads in an ageing population.

The forum will see several overseas and local experts sharing innovative primary care models, global best practices for innovative collaborative patient care as well as new creative technology used in the care of patients.
